Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern the use of L'Échappée (hereinafter "the Service"), a fantasy cycling application available at lechappee.app.

By creating an account, the user accepts these Terms of Use without reservation. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the Service.

L'Échappée is a free fantasy cycling game that lets you:

• Create and join private leagues with friends
• Build a virtual team of professional cyclists
• Take part in auctions (the mercato) to sign riders
• Score points based on the riders’ real performances

Registration requires a valid email address, a username and a password. The user agrees to provide accurate information and to keep their login details confidential.

Each user is responsible for all activity carried out from their account. In the event of unauthorised use, the user must inform us immediately.

The user agrees to:

• Not use offensive or inappropriate names
• Not attempt to cheat or exploit flaws in the system
• Respect other players
• Not create multiple accounts

The Service, its content and its code are the property of the publisher. Cycling race data is used for information and gaming purposes.

The Service is provided "as is". The publisher does not guarantee the continuous availability of the Service and cannot be held liable for interruptions, points calculation errors or loss of data.

The publisher reserves the right to amend these Terms of Use. Users will be informed of any substantial change.
